This month, Dodra Joseph, Office Administrator at TBCo Tampa, reflects on 37 years with Tom Barrow Company. From professional growth to growth at the branch level and beyond, she has seen a lot of changes at TBCo over the years.
When asked about standout moments, she quickly recalled that she had the first computer in the Tampa office. Now, that’s a moment to remember!
Dodra takes pride in many aspects of her time with Tom Barrow Company, from being part of the start-up team that set up the Tampa branch’s quote department to becoming office administrator. She also takes pride in the role she has played in welcoming new leadership to the branch as Tom Barrow Company has experienced tremendous growth over the decades.
After 37 years with Tom Barrow Company, Dodra remains an enthusiastic company cheerleader. “Over the years, I’ve seen coworkers leave for roles with other companies and I let them know they can come back and prosper with TBCo. I’ve seen it happen time and again, and they always remember my words when they come back. This company is amazing!”
