The signage is up, the warehouse and office are buzzing with activity, and customers are stopping by to pick up orders and say hello. After 29 years in their previous location, the Nashville team is happily settling into a new office and warehouse facility!
This move has resulted in even better service for our TBCo Nashville customers. The larger building means more products on the warehouse shelves and space for more employees to allow for growth. Another benefit to the facility is a conference room for client and professional development hour (PDH) presentations. The Nashville branch’s warehouse team has doubled since moving, which is a positive sign of growth and a big help for delivering on the company’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Another exciting benefit to this move has been the ability to install manufacturer products on-site for first-hand evaluation. Those products include in-duct and upper-air UVC units from Lumalier, residential and commercial fans from Big Ass Fans, Condair in-duct humidification products, and fan filter portable units with HEPA and UV.
Customers are always encouraged to stop by the branch to learn about new products, inventory pickup and delivery options, and to meet new TBCo team members.
Food Truck Tuesdays
In November, the Nashville team hosted the first Food Truck Tuesday in their new location as a thank you to their customers for their continued business. The event was such a success they’ve decided to make it a monthly event on the third Tuesday of each month starting in January 2022!
